Great Heart Wines Complimentary tastings for Bastille Festival 12 to 13 July 2025
- The promotion opens on [10/07/2025] and closes on [13/07/2025]
- The promotion is open to all residents of the republic of South Africa except the shareholders of Great Heart Wines, employees and family members of their respective advertising and promotional agencies, media and PR agencies, as well as the family members, consultants, directors, associates and trading partners of such organisations and persons.
- All participants must be over the age of 18 years old at the date of entry. Winners will be required to exhibit valid identity documents as proof thereof.
- Entry is valid on participation by consumers by booking their tasting for two people on the Great Heart Wines’ website.
- By making a tasting reservation, consumers will opt in to join the Great Heart Wines database and receive a monthly notification / news note from them. An unsubscribing link will always be accessible. POPI Act requirements are applied at all times.
- This promotion is valid for the first 20 bookings received for two pax, which equates 40 complimentary wine tastings.
- Winners will be chosen at the discrepancy of Great Heart Wines South Africa.
- The prize is not redeemable for cash, and is subject to availability.
- Great Heart Wines reserves the right to terminate the promotion, temporarily suspend or amend this promotion or other difficulties that might compromise its integrity.
- Neither Great Heart Wines nor their respective advertising, media and PR agencies, or their trading partners shall be liable in anyway whatsoever for any loss, damage or costs, howsoever arising, suffered by an entrant of this prize draw and/ or participant in the prize offered.
- Under no circumstances shall Great Heart Wines be liable to anyone who enters this competition for any indirect or consequential loss howsoever arising which may be suffered in relation to the competition, whether because of any negligent act or omission or any default on the part Great Heart Wines or otherwise.
- The laws of South Africa govern these terms and conditions and participants agree to be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
